DINGWALL LAWYER APPEARS ON SOLICITORS FROM HELL WEBSITE
(May 24, 2007)A recent search of the website showed that Martin Mackay of Burns Solicitors, Park Street, Dingwall was included in their files.
It indicated misgivings that the writer had about Mr Mackay's involvement with two local farmers named MacDonald, of Conon-Brae Farms a.k.a. The Polites. The public were advised to beware of this trio as they were involved with a William Young of Ritson Young, Insolvency Practioner, Nairn and that it would seem that they were trying to obtain property by deception This would be dealt with under Section 15 of The 1968 Theft Act..
