Dingwall Lawyer Under Investigation
(July 27, 2012)A complaint has been sent today to the Law Society of Scotland in respect of professional mis-conduct of a Mr Martin Mackay solicitor of Dingwall.
THE COMPLAINT.
On or around 2004/2005 and at further dates Mr Mackay sent anonymous letters to a Craig Connell OC at Mcgrigors Solicitors Glasgow.In these letters he falsely accused a litigant at the Court of Session of criminal acts.By doing so he impeded a case that was being heard at the Court Of Session.
Evidence has now been corroborated to assist the complaint.
