New Chief Constable Refuses to Inform Highlands and Islands
(December 09, 2010)In an e-mail today from Sgt Dougie Watson of The Northern Constabulary he informs the website that Mr Graham our new Chief Constable refuses to confirm whether or not he is a Freemason at this time.
The web-site legal source stated "this is a disgrace the interview panel should have made clear his position on secret clubs"It was incumbent on them to establish his membership and/or views on this matter.
