New Chief Constable of Northern Constabulary Unable to Engage
(December 09, 2010)This week the web-site has been informed by Sgt Dougie Watson of the Northern Constabulary that Mr Graham our soon to be Chief Constable is unable to engage with any complaint held at Headquarters Inverness.
Sgt Watson who is the conduit for Mr Graham asks only that contact be made later next year.
The web-sites legal source stated"with all the corruption and the vast increase of complaints against Northern Constabulary it is clear Sgt Watson will be a busy man in his attempts to dispose of so many concerns".
