Chief Supt Duncan to Investigate Evidence Tampering

The web-site has just been informed that Chief Supt Druce Duncan has been appointed to investigate evidence tampering.

The complaint refers to a matter in or around Jan 2009 when detailed evidence has gone missing in a report sent to the Area Procurator Fiscal at Inverness.
The complaint is derived from information supplied by The Information Commissioner .The complaint now formalised on 11sept 2009 is to proceed.

Mr Stuart Hunt has been told that regardless that DCC Sutherland ,Chief Inspector Andrew Maclean and Supt A Cowie are in the frame for this serious breach ,he will leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of the truth.

Mr Hunt is presently defending an action at the Inverness Sheriff Court where he is experiencing some difficulty in obtaining copies of statements ,and has been told that he must memorize everything.

A further diet of debate has been set to explore these matters.
