Sgt Watson of Northern Constabulary Reports Delays
(June 29, 2009)The web-site has been told by Sgt Watson of Northern Constabulary that Chief Supt Andy Cowie will not respond to e-mails or calls .The excuse is that he is either on leave for three weeks or at the college for two.Mr Cowie has refused to return calls or respond to e-mails since his promotion to Chief Supt.
