Court Hearing Set For Stuart Latham
(October 26, 2008)THe web-site has just been informed by a legal source that Mr Stuart Latham a neighbour of Mr & Mrs Stuart Hunt of Drumnadrochit is to stand trail on the 19th December 2008 at The Castle Inverness.
Mr Latham is charged with a Breach of The Peace ,for acting in a disorderly fashion and making lewd and indecent gestures towards Mr & Mrs Hunt to their fear and alarm.
Mr Stuart Latham a former policeman and now a teacher at Glenurquhart school Drumnadrochit has denied this charge.
