Prompt Action By Chief Constable is Imperative
(December 28, 2007)This Web-site has today completed the survey in respect of matters arising from the delay in responding to the Macleods from Wick.
The web-site has recorded 73% now in favour of the resignation of Ian Latimer.
Further concerns also relate to the lack of progress in the matter of Kevin Gillies a young man whose parents are still without answers after eight years .
The survey reflected that these situations were unacceptable and that prompt action is vital.
A legal source has stated that the Chief Constable may be acting unlawfully and to that end a legal opinion is being prepared with a view to its submission at the Supreme Court.
