PROCURATOR FISCAL BOWS OUT
(March 15, 2007)Roderick Urquhart, Procurator Fiscal is to bow out from his Dingwall office and become a defence solicitor as of Monday April 2nd 2007. (See previous news dated 29th January 2007).
A legal source stated today that although Mr Urquhart's legal skills were plentiful, he would have to adopt a less "surly manner" if he wanted to be successful in private practice.
His office is to be replaced by Ms Swan, formerly based at Inverness.
