(January 31, 2007)Sue Restan reporter for the Press& Journal apologised yesterday for mis-leading the public in her court reportPage 6 Tuesday Jan 30th.Tain based Restan claimed it was not a deliberate act .She stated "I was only told at the last minute that the charge sheet had been changed".Dornoch Sheriff Court acepted a guilty plea from Emac Recycling of Tenon 2 Blysthwood Square Glasgow-to knowingly causing controlled waste likely to cause harm to be disposed of on behalf of Norbord Wood Dalcross Nr Inverness.Sue Restan further claimed that her report should have stated that Emac Recycling traded from Invergordon Industrial Estate and was not based at an accountants office in Glasgow.
