EXCLUSIVE ASBO MAN TO HAVE ORDER REVOKED (July 26, 2012)
The web-site has just been informed that Drumnadrochit man Stuart Hunt has been informed by Highland Council that they are to seek the revocation of the interim ASBO granted more than 5 years ago by Sheriff Alasdair Macfayden.
Sheriff Macfayden who now is appointed at Hamilton Sheriff court granted the interim ASBO at Inverness Sheriff Court.
Mr Hunt told the web-site today "There are still many issues yet to be resolved but this would seem a step in the right direction"
The web-sites legal source commented today "that the costs of all these court appearances will have been very exspensive and were a burden to the taxpayer with an estimated cost of £30K
