Sheriff Alastair Macfayden To Rule on A.S.B.O

SHERIFF ALASTAIR MACFAYDEN HAS BEEN ASKED TO RULE ON A DECISION HE MADE OVER FOUR YEARS AGO IN RESPECT OF AN A.S.B.O GRANTED OVER A MR STUART HUNT OF DRUMNADROCHIT.
MR HUNT HAS BEEN ACCUSED BY THE CROWN OFFICE OF BREACHING ITS TERMS BY CALLING A PERSON (A SILLY IDIOT
MR HUNT HAS DENIED THE CHARGE AND THE CASE HAS CALLED SEVEN TIMES AT INVERNESS SHERIFF COURT WITHOUT A TRAIL TAKING PLACE.
 
LAST TUESDAY 27TH SEPT SHERIFF MACFAYDEN RULED THAT MR HUNT HAD NO NEED OF A DEFENCE LAWYER AND THAT THERE WERE PLENTY OF CASES THAT COULD BE DECEIDED WITHOUT HAVING A LAWYER TO DEFEND THE ACCUSED.
 
MR HUNT HAS TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY FOR A PERIOD OF SEVERAL MONTHS ,TO OBTAIN LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND FEELS THAT THE CROWN OFFICE HAVE IMPEDED HIS PROGRESS.
 
A TRAIL HAS BEEN SET FOR 10 AM ON THURSDAY THE 13TH OCTOBER 2011 AT INVERNESS COURT.
 
AS YET NO SHERIFF HAS BEEN APPOINTED TO THE CASE ,ALTHOUGH SHERIFF FLEETWOOD,NEILSON,ABERCROMBIE AND MACFAYDEN HAVE ALL HEARD SEPARATE PARTS OF THIS CASE.
 
MR HUNT IS UNDERSTOOD TO HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE JUDICIAL OFFICE OF SCOTLAND REGARDING THE BEHAVIOUR OF SHERIFF MACFAYDEN.
