(October 15, 2007)In aLetter from Deputy Chief Constable Adam Gary Sutherland to the victim of Blackmail ,he states that he has no recollection of that complaint.Para 3 Of the letter.
However in a statement supplied via the Data Protection officer Gordon Elliot it clearly shows on Page 2 Para 2 that this had been informed .
The Statement was taken by Det Sgt Derek MacGillivray and DC Aidan Brennan of Dingwall.The Statement was numbered .Nec/1504/4.1
This complaint was allegedly investigated by Inspector Angus aka Gus Macpherson of Dingwall Command.
